Comprised of a 4 bedroom main house and a 1 bedroom guest house, this 5 bedroom retreat invites groups of up to 12 guests to explore the mountain adventures right outside the door while enjoying all of the comforts of home inside.

Soaring vaulted ceilings and walls of windows frame the expansive Great Room of this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom vacation home featuring an open concept living space where the entire group can gather and entertain. Comfortable furnishings adorn the living room which is centered on a stone-encased fireplace with access to the large deck, outfitted with a private hot tub, through glass doors. Six guests are accommodated at the adjacent dining table, five more stools are found at the breakfast bar, and a built-in bench provides additional seating in the kitchen area. Chefs will appreciate the spacious kitchen, featuring high-end appliances and polished stone countertops, that overlooks the living room. 

Located a few steps below the kitchen is a cozy den space with a comfortable sofa and a small table framed by windows. Enjoy movie night in the lower level family room equipped with a built-in couch in front of a wall-mounted television and fireplace. Start the day by gearing up in the ski prep room, equipped with plenty of cubbies, benches and boot dryers, before skiing out to the Union Pass Quad lift.

Appointed with a King bed set under a vaulted ceiling, the primary bedrooms is located on the main level and includes a private bathroom featuring a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms are a few steps down from the Great Room, one offers a King bed while the other has a Queen bed, both enjoy private bathrooms. Another bedroom with a Queen bed is located on the bottom level and shares a bathroom with the family room. 

Accessed by a covered walkway, the private garage suite is equipped with a King bed, Twin over Twin bunk bed, kitchenette, dining area and private bathroom. The spacious driveway allows plenty of parking and ease of access to the home. One parking space is available in the garage, with an additional two spots available in the driveway. This prime location provides convenient access to the Union Pass Quad Chair and U.P. Connection, allowing advanced skiers the ability to ski in/ski out.
