Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, hand-carved wooden accent pieces and quality furnishings combine to create a rustic elegance in the comfortably appointed living room. Just off of the living room is a window-framed dining area seating 10 guests with access to the back deck offering outdoor dining, fire pit and a barbecue grill. Four more guests are accommodated at the granite breakfast bar in the adjacent kitchen which boasts stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry.

Located on the lower level, the family room is outfitted with a large sofa, flatscreen television, gas fireplace and access to the back patio. Back on the main level, the library/den provides a peaceful space for some quite time away from the larger group. Start the day by gearing up in the ski prep room equipped with gear storage bins, boot and glove dryers and a washer/dryer. With easy ski-out/walk-in access to the Deer Valley resort, each day begins by clicking into your gear and off you go on the groomed community ski access trail that takes you to the Success Run. 

Amongst the five bedrooms you will enjoy spa style bathrooms with two steam showers and jetted tubs, smart tv's and quality furnishings. Choose from one of the three large primary-style guest suites, two furnished with Queen beds, one with a King bed, and all including opulent private bathrooms. Ideal for all of the kids in the group, two guest bedrooms are appointed with bunk beds, one offers a Twin over Twin bunk while the other has two sets of Twin over Twin bunks.
