Overlooking the living room is a gourmet kitchen featuring high end appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests. Separating the living room and kitchen, the dining area offers a table with seating for eight. Double glass doors on this level lead to one of several outdoor decks equipped with seating and majestic views of the San Sophia peaks.

Located on the lower is a second living area with a sectional sofa in front of a flatscreen television, wet bar, and ski prep area boasting boot dryers, cubbies for gear, and benches for prepping for the day ahead.
