Featuring an open layout, the main level living room of this 4 bedroom townhome with 3.5 bathrooms is centered on a cozy living room offering comfortable furnishings in front of a gas fireplace and wall-mounted television. Ten guests are accommodated around the large dining table that sits off the living room with an additional three chairs at the adjacent breakfast bar. Between the living room and dining area is a fun shuffleboard table and a desk sits off to the side. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are found in the fully equipped kitchen with access to the back patio boasting a barbecue grill and private hot tub. 

Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedroom sits on the upper level of the residence and includes a private bathroom featuring a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms on the upper level share a full bathroom, one is equipped with a Double over Double bunk bed while the other offers a Twin over Queen bunk. A sofa sleeper is located on the landing at the top of the stairs. Occupying the bottom level is another bunk room appointed with two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds, a Double sofa sleeper and a private bathroom.
