Comfortable furnishings are focused on a gas fireplace and television in the living room which opens to the adjacent dining area and kitchen. Luxurious granite countertops and upscale appliances appoint the gourmet kitchen that includes a breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests, a workspace with a desk and monitor off to the side, and a dining area with seating for 6 guests.

Step out to the back patio to grill up a meal or relax in the private hot tub after a day of fun on the mountain. Prepare for the day in the lower level gear area off of the one-car garage, additional parking is accommodated in the driveway. The Quit’N Time ski trail is up a flight of stairs from the home, as long as the snow permits you can start the day with a stroll up to the slope that leads down to the Town Lift, end by skiing back to within a short stroll from the front door.

Four bedrooms are spread over the 3 levels of the residence. Furnished with a Queen bed, the mid-level primary suite features a sitting area with a fireplace, private balcony, and private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and jetted tub/shower combination. Two guest bedrooms on this level share a bathroom, one is outfitted with a Queen bed while the other offers a Double bed. Appointed with a Queen bed, the ground level bedroom includes a private bathroom.
