Cathedral ceilings, an impressive window display and a wood-burning fireplace create a light and bright ambiance for family gatherings in the great room. An open-concept floor plan on the main level flows into the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a wide-basin farmhouse sink set below a set of bay windows. A large island provides ample room for all 8 guests to dine, gather and socialize in the well-lit kitchen. Downstairs in the den, you can relax and watch a show on the television and enjoy the comfort of the wood stove while the upstairs loft is furnished as a home office for remote working convenience.

On the main level, the primary bedroom's large windows and separate entrance to the deck showcases the sublime mountain views from the spacious King bed. In the private bathroom, guests will find a large vanity with dual sinks, as well as a walk-in shower and tub. Downstairs, you will find a second and third bedroom cozily furnished with a King and Queen bed, respectively. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and tub and the King bedroom offers direct access to the lower-level deck and private hot tub. For larger groups, the living room also provides a Queen sofa bed and the den contains a Double sofa bed. 

Two levels of decks offer plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the view, whether you are taking a relaxing soak in the private hot tub, grilling out, or sitting back to behold the scenery in the large Adirondack chairs or outdoor dining area. You'll have endless opportunities for hiking and gold medal fly fishing throughout the spring and summer months, the Granby Ranch Resort is only 13 miles away for wintertime recreation, while the Winter Park ski slopes are a 25 minute drive away. Pole Creek Golf Club and Granby Ranch Golf Club are also nearby for golfers in the group. Lake Granby is 20 miles away.
