Comfortable furnishings are centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television in the living room which has access to the deck offering outdoor furnishings and a barbecue grill. Overlooking the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 5 and an adjacent dining table with seating for 8. The master bedroom, furnished with a King bed, sits off of the living room and includes a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate stall shower.

Two guest bedrooms are located on the lower level along with access to the back patio boasting a private hot tub. Outfitted with a Queen bed, one of the lower level bedrooms has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is equipped with Two Twin bunk beds and utilizes a full bathroom located in the hall. A full-size washer and dryer and garage add to the conveniences of this mountain retreat.

The Slopeside Village community is just a five-minute walk from the beginning of the Fraser River Trail and half a mile from the family-friendly slopes at Winter Park Resort. Enjoy an early morning cross country or snowshoe excursion along the banks of the Fraser River. Moose are occasionally spotted grazing in the willows that grow along the river.
