Overlooking the living room, the gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests. The adjacent dining area combines a luxurious bench with chairs to seat up to 8 guests.  Step out to the large deck to enjoy views of various ranges including Sleeping Giant and Emerald mountain as you grill up a meal.

Head to the lower level where you will find a spacious family room offering a comfortably furnished sitting area with a flatscreen television, wet bar, and a card table. After a day of outdoor adventures, relax in the private hot tub while taking in the breathtaking Rocky Mountain sunset. Additional amenities include a 2 car garage and optional in town winter daily shuttle service available for a fee.

Five bedrooms are spread over the multiple levels of the home offering a variety of bedding options. Two master bedrooms set under vaulted ceilings, one boasting a gas fireplace, are furnished with King beds and include private bathrooms with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. On the lower level, two bedrooms sharing a bathroom are outfitted with Queen beds. The fifth bedroom is a bunk room offering two sets of Twin over Full bunk beds and a full bed in the den/office room provides additional sleeping arrangements.
