Sundara Place Residence is a private vacation home situated high above downtown Breckenridge with a complimentary shuttle stop a half mile away for easy transport to the Breckenridge ski slopes and historic Main Street. This cozy, yet sophisticated retreat offers four bedrooms with three and a half bathrooms, and is nicely outfitted for up to 12 guests.
With high ceilings and an elegant southwestern feel, the living room boasts several plush sofas and a few side chairs focused on a large stone fireplace with a mammoth flat screen television mounted above. Open and fully equipped, the adjacent kitchen offers all your cooking needs, plus a charming breakfast bar with four stools. Set in its own neighboring area with sunny windows, a large dining table can accommodate eight guests. A sliding door leads to an outdoor deck, offering seating, a gas grill and alpine scenery. Surrounded by gorgeous natural elements, the private hot tub offers the ideal spot to unwind and relax after a day of adventure in Breckenridge.

Perched on the upper level, the master bedroom features a walk-in closet, a private balcony and a luxurious bathroom boasting a dual sink vanity, a soaking tub and a glass shower. Guest rooms two and three sit on the main level, offering plush bedding and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom sits on the lower level, and features multiple beds with a full bathroom.
